By the way, I'm not Dave, have never been Dave and will never be. Calling somebody by a random name may be OK for those who were born in the United States, but in some cultures it's much better to say "Hello" than to kill somebody's name trying to add it after "Hello" (I'm a perfect target), not to mention showing that you don't care who you are talking to (Dave, Jack, whoever, I don't care who you are, but you, guy, are not allowed to go here). Please keep this in mind. Even a dull 403 would be less offensive.

The Dave being used here refers to David Bowman, and his famous conversation:
Dave: "Open the pod-bay doors, HAL." HAL: "I'm sorry, Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that."

I can tell from your voice harmonics, Dave, that you're badly upset...
There's one loophole in the new system that can allow an article to go out without having been properly "published" to the world; that's what happened here. It's on my list to fix... Meanwhile, the above-mentioned articles are now accessible.
I always meant to change that message too - it's a holdover from the development period.
