It won't affect them at all (other than increase their share of the market of people who want PCs that are easy to install Linux on) as they have no reason to sell systems that have the Windows logo and so they can ship with secure boot disabled from the get go.

It's time for people like us who value our freedoms to switch where we get our hardware from.
