there are still a LOT of people stuck with 1.5 or 3Mb down and 768Mb up. This is worlds better than dialup, but if developers are considering multiMb in each direction 'typical', it's no wonder that they think that having everything in the cloud will work (or that doing network OS installs should be the norm), and then wonder why they have so few users.
