100% PostFix here. It's not the excitingly esoteric mystery that QMail is, but it
can do amazing things, and it isn't a complicated monolith, AKA "sitting duck",
like SendMail. It's boring to administer, and in security circles, boring is better
than good. Probably not better than sex, but certainly less messy.
