Quantum random numbers

In the recent generation of Intel chips, Ivy Bridge, or anything from VIA there is a hardware RNG spewing out numbers at gigabit speeds. (Perhaps worth knowing about before anyone starts streaming them over the Internet.) You get them from standard /dev/random with recent kernels.
