What is your best possible scenario to come out of the letter? It would be to have our intellectual property [IP] that we feel has been misappropriated into Linux getting valued, and we're then able to move forward.
So let me get this straight: he wants to settle this by not telling where the offending code is, but by pricing it and leaving it in linux so that everybody will be obligated to pay fees to them???
Sorry, but if that´s how they want to settle, it ain´t gonna happen!
