Hypercalls to the emulator are not adequately restricted in Dmitry Grinberg's excellent ARM emulator. An unprivileged user or process can gain full root access. Users are cautioned to avoid ecommerce sites where transactions take more than an hour each, as that could indicate that the site is hosted on one of these systems.
