I entirely disagree with Mr.McBride.
This is extremely important issue (IP claims) that has to get resolved in
US courts once for all and this might be the oportunity.
IBM and Red Hat,stay firm;Millions of us,ordinary people tired of
Redmond (and SCO!) are with you on this one.
