Posted Mar 24, 2012 8:45 UTC (Sat) by khim (subscriber, #9252) [Link] Nope. §108 · Limitations on exclusive rights: Reproduction by libraries and archives: yes, libraries have rights to create additional copies in certain circumstances and, as usual, this right comes not from some vague and nebulous idea of “public good”, but from quite explicit permission in the copyright law.
