Did you noticed that to intall any GPL software you have to copy the text of the license, because it has to be included in the distribution of the software?

Yes, but that doesn't give the author of the license power over the software.
At least not in any sane world.
The author of the license has given permission to copy the text, the author didn't demand any rights over the software as part of this.
the License itself is between the author of the software and the people who download it, not between the author of the text of the license and the people who download the software.
