The Perl 5 release process

Thanks Dave. A very clear description of the Perl release process. I also program in Perl and love it, even though I know I have a lot more of it to learn. A few years ago, I was mildly worried that Perl 6 would replace and deprecate Perl 5, so I am extremely happy that has not happened, especially given the great renaissance recently.
