"Why go all new age?"

Well, I guess because Chakra is mostly a west-european project, and there nearly nobody speaks Hindi and even fewer can read Sanskrit, but the new-agey meaning of chakra is wide-spread and well-known. These days "chakra" is a word you'd find in any Dutch dictionary...

I guess I should be happy that the concept of "Krita Yuga" hasn't been embraced by the local new age crowd :-)
