Scribus 1.4.0 released

Chapeau to the Scribus developers! It's truly an amazingly powerful package, and one of the gems in my open-source toolbox. Yeah, imposition support would be nice, but then that's orthogonal to layout, so it might be best done by an external piece of software...
I'm using manual range selection and pdfnup to export and impose stuff for booklet printing in A4, which is pretty much the only task that can be done on a home color laser - all other stuff has to go to the print shop anyways, and they'll do their own imposition, so it's not a big deal.
