A proposal for a LibreOffice UI overhaul

That way you can get feedback on each one and you don't end up with designs being rejected because they don't fit with the "new vision" that such wide ranged proposals usually become.

For instance, I would not want to use this entirely new UI, but there are some good parts in it and they should not be lost.

Examples of such new vision design proposals can be seen in the ms office ribbon, gnome 3, etc.
