The 3.3 merge window is closed

Linus has announced the release of the 3.3-rc1 kernel prepatch and the closing of the merge window for this development cycle. "Anyway, it's out now, and I'm taking off early for a weekend of beer, skiing and poker (not necessarily in that order: 'don't drink and ski'). No email."
