If I use Mint I want my Cinnamon desktop to behave exactly the same way that Gnome 3 on Fedora does. That is what I find friendly and useful since I am now very familiar with it. Plus I have a couple extensions that I use like Gpaste and one for window tiling support.

Does it have the 'friendly' configuration options to enable all that?

:P

Install gnome-shell then. Half the point of a fork rather than heavy patching on top of upstream is that you can have both installed simultaneously.
