An update on the Ada Initiative

there is a lot of overhead, both in money, and in manpower (distracting that manpower from more useful tasks) when setting up an organization, especially a 501c3 charity in the US. Just getting that done in a year is doing pretty good. As a result I give them a pretty clear pass on their effectivnes for this first year. Judging them going forward on what they get done is fine, but I think you are being too critical of them for the first year of effort.
