Hi, sorry I didn't see your comment sooner! It's been a busy few weeks.
We are sorry to hear that our former advisor, Bruce Byfield, is disappointed in our accomplishments this year. Many of Bruce's statements are factually incorrect, including the one you quoted.
We have extensive documentation on our non-profit governance, policies for expenditures, financial reporting, and much more on our web site:

In particular, by law our board must approve all of our expenditures one way or another:

U.S. non-profits have quite a lot of checks and balances, and we like it that way.

Hmm, although you assert that Bruce's quoted statement is "factually incorrect" and you certainly provided many links, none of them actually contradict Bruce, so far as I can see. Was that intended?
