Stable kernel 2.4.22 released

Marcelo released a fourth 2.4.22 release candidate to fix "a few annoying bugs;" then put out the real 2.4.22 kernel shortly thereafter. The biggest changes to be found in 2.4.22 for most people will be the big ACPI, ia64, and AIC7xxx updates and the inclusion of the crypto API, but there is a great deal of other work in there as well.
