As usual -- at least in my perception -- this isn't about "people won't be able to pirate movies"; this is about "law abiding people will have to pay us 5 or 6 times for the same content, because we're technically restricting their fair use rights to watch said content on any device they feel like to make more money (and the DMCA trumps section 107)."
