I use jitsi daily and like it a lot! Shout out to its great developers who answer questions patiently, improve jitsi constantly and hopefully will be present at next FOSDEM again :)
ps: they also run a XMPP server at http://jit.si that provides "jingle nodes relay" which means, A/V calls over it will always succeed, regardless of any NAT issue. thanks!
