You can still reject a message in the SMTP dialog after having seen the body. However, I don't see the point of rejecting a message and filing it to the spam folder at the same time. The point of the exercise is to not need a spam folder in the first place, by simply refusing outright to accept mail that would otherwise go in the spam folder.

In case a filter wants to reject it but an admin or user wants to double check.
