The above documents do indeed have a striking similiarity to the papers in this case, but note that Mr./Ms. alobanov suggests redaction in the English. Not being a Russian-reader, I tried the obvious: The Fish. While the first half seems pretty good for machine translation, it really deteriorates toward the end, where the good stuff lies.
