uml-patch-2.6.0-test3

This patch updates UML to 2.6.0-test3.  In addition to the test3 updates,
I pulled in all pending fixes from my 2.4 tree, so the 2.6 and 2.4 UMLs
are back in sync.

The 2.6.0-test3 UML patch is available at

BK users can pull my 2.5 repository from
	http://jdike.stearns.org:5000/uml-2.5
