Apart from the comparison with Google's ChromeOS there also has to be some overlap with HP's webOS which is currently in Palm mobile devices but will soon be in HP tablets. Next year all HP PCs will have the ability to run webOS too.

WebOS seems to have a little more ability to run local stuff, as each app gets a local node.js process as well as a browser, which seems to add a lot more flexibility in terms of local access not through browser APIs...
