Stable kernels 2.6.38.8 and 2.6.39.1

Greg Kroah-Hartman has announced the release of the 2.6.38.8 and 2.6.39.1 stable kernels. As usual, there are important fixes in each throughout the tree. In addition, this will be the last 2.6.38 release, so users should move to the 2.6.39 tree.
