Sure, just like we should always ship bug free software and have mailing lists that never have flames. :)
I agree we should strive for this, but I am just asking people to give a bit of slack before deciding never ever to use something again. :)

The problem is one of where action can be taken. We can do something about improving our own communities; it's much harder to change the opinions of the rest of the world.
