Announce: swsusp 1.1-rc2

Hi all.

1.1-rc2 is now being put on Sourceforge.

Changes:
- Trap freeing buffer heads during saving the image (should rid us of
the pages free at start of saving != pages at end message)
- Fix for oops when aborting immediately before shutting down/rebooting.
- Added message to help diagnosing swapfiles when 'root swap' (the
resume= one) can't be found.
- Reorder start of do_software_suspend so you get output if initial
steps fail
- In nice display, erase whole line each time a new message is displayed
