I am willing to settle for just SCO's rights. And I wasn't thinking of integrating the software into anything else. I think it would be good to have those rights under responsible care where they would not hurt people.
SCO's kernel is something that Caldera sought to replace with Linux. Go look through their old promotional materials. I don't think they have much to offer us technically, any longer.
