For a moment I had really hoped that they'd give GNOME 3 more time to solve all the outstanding maturity and usability issues I'm still seeing in rawhide.
Delaying a release for QA reasons isn't good news, but it's still better than repeating the KDE4 fiasco by releasing code that isn't quite ready.

Rawhide is a bit neglected right now, with development focus being on the Fedora 15 release branch. Some packages in Rawhide are actually older than on F-15!
I'd advise tracking F-15 if you want to experience GNOME 3.
