Since we can't get the code, can we call Honeycomb a "non-open-source fork of Android" (at least until they release the source)?
I wouldn't put Honeycomb in the same class as the Nexus S. It reminds me of the bad old days of Java/JME phones: people can write apps but not touch the OS.
