The trouble is that lots of people became concerned about this "lawyers making up lots of bollocks about bionic" stuff, or have used it to cast doubt on Android and Linux in general (I saw it happening at my company as well). I definitely appreciate this article, and it will be a fine thing to link to in internal discussion lists on the issue, when it gets publicly viewable.
