PHP 5.3.6 released

PHP 5.3.6 is available. It's a stability release, but it includes a number of fixes with CVE numbers attached, so it would appear to be a worthwhile upgrade. Note that PHP 5.2 is no longer supported, so there will be no upgrade for that branch.
