This is the best part in my opinion. Read the following:

5.0 TERM OF AGREEMENT; OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated as set forth herein. Company may terminate this Agreement, without right to refund, by notifying SCO of such termination. SCO may terminate this Agreement, upon reasonable notice and without judicial or administrative resolution, if Company or any of Company's employees or consultants breach any term or condition hereof. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all rights granted to Company hereunder will cease.

So, what they are saying is that when this turns out to be BS in the end, you can't get your money back. You will in fact have to sue them to get any license fees back that they collect from you, and if you only have a single Linux desktop, lord knows it's not worth paying a laywer to get a 3 digit amount back from SCO. Gotta love that protection racket....
