Do we really have to spread the manure from Utah. Until the IBM and RedHat cases are over, this is all BS. Any time SCO is pushed on the details, they admitt the case is not a copyright case, nor is it a patent case. They even admitt that IBM holds the copyright for the stuff (RCU/JFS/NUMA) included in linux. Let SCO prove that they actually have copyrighted material in the linux kernel first. Then we can bother.
