Kubuntu with KDE 4.6 from the ppa has a few issues caused by KDE solid avoiding the intermediation of hal and going down to udev.

- device actions are broken for audio CDs
- amarok cannot see audio CDs.

Bugs reported to kde get answered with the indication that it is a distro integration problem, not a kde problem.

Does anybody know if this the case also for mint?
