SCO's refusal to identify infringing code = ongoing entrapment?

Seems to me that by not identifying which code is
infringing, SCO might be engaging in a kind of
ongoing entrapment.

I'm suprised that nobody's talking up entrapment
too much; only place I've seen it mentioned is
