Kernel prepatch 2.6.38-rc4

The 2.6.38-rc4 prepatch is out. "There's nothing much that stands out here. Some arch updates (arm and powerpc), the usual driver updates: dri (radeon/i915), network cards, sound, media, scisi, some filesystem updates (cifs, btrfs), and some random stuff to round it all out (networking, watchpoints, tracepoints, etc)."
