Yes, but then the Git repository would get a little costly. ;-)

You should be able to get a print at any copy-shop. At least you used to.
I remember using Kinko's to get paper copies of technical docs for the office to use. If I remember rightly, it was about $50 for one book.

You can always use Printme1.com no matter where you are in the usa.
3.9 cents per page, including shipping via the usps.
There's a minimum order, but I can't remember how much it is. Works a little like the defunct printfu used to.

> I would love to get a dead tree print of this.
I printed out an earlier draft of this via lulu.com, and am still reviewing it. Had a bit of an issue with embedded fonts, but I sent Paul the link on how to fix that, and he's documented it now in todo.txt.

And an version that is allegedly free of non-embedded fonts is now posted, and should arrive soon at a mirror near you. ;-)

Yeah, it would be nice if the author would set up an account on https://www.createspace.com/ and upload a snapshot through them every couple months. Then you could simply buy a copy off of amazon.com.

My thought was that people wanting printed versions would simply print them, possibly using the various web-based services. On the other hand, I wasn't aware of the publish-PDF approach.
So, which is the best place to post PDFs?
I haven't really thought about cover design. Ideas? Perhaps a stylized programmer preparing to shoot self in foot with a double-barrel shotgun, gatling gun, or the like?
