Little things that matter in language design
(My question is about non-beta release, of course)
Is RHEL license allows me to install/run/update RHEL without buying RHEL?
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 Beta 1 - is it free?

If RHEL (AS/ES/WS) is freely redistributable, are any CD vendors offering it as "Pink Tie Enterprise Linux" or some such? And are ISOs available for download?
Also are the RHEL updates available from public ftp/http servers or does one need to be subscribed to RHN? - I can handle applying then myself (via yum or apt) so don't need an RNH subscription so long as I can actually get hold of the package binaries.
