There's also sortmail, whose recipe syntax is python:

As is apparent from the code I considered adding sieve support, but I could not motivate myself because I'll always prefer python :-)

Looks interesting. Am I right in seeing that the only way to get sortmail is grabbing a git bundle? If so, a tarball and extracting some of the documentation from __init__.py would probably make life a little easier for potential users and contributors to play with it.
