Just sent Dan a friendly note (him of kindly saying SCO has put the cart before the horse) pointing out that if a user coughs up to SCO, they may actually be digging themselves even deeper in the horse-manure, because they've just admitted that the GPL no longer applies to the kernel. Therefore they need to acquire licences from all the other copyright holders as well as SCO ...
