From the Red Hat bugzilla:

It was reported that a number of TCP evasions existed in versions of Suricata prior to 1.0.2. Upstream has released version 1.0.2 to address these flaws.

I'm curious as to how these things get onto the radar, as this was reported (and fixed) in Debian back in September. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=598389
