Anyone who's ever had the misfortune of trying to manage me will tell you that it's hard to tell what really ever provokes me into actually working on a given task.

I don't really remember the details, but I think that Alex came to FESCo (during my tenure) with his totally impractical 'kernel-libre' package, wanting to ship a crippled kernel as a Fedora package. We told him "no, do it sensibly", but he didn't seem to want to, so eventually I got bored and did it myself.

So yeah, if you want to credit Alex with pissing me off enough that I eventually did it, that seems fair.
