I would suggest that rather than the phrase "fraud and extortion", substituting "treatment of customers, potential customers, and the general business community, and contribution to the creation of a sub-optimal computing experience for the general public". Or something like that. It is best not to use words like "fraud" until such has been proven in a court of law.
