db.debian.org down until further notice

Some people have been asking about this and I have not seen a public
announcement.

db.debian.org is down because samosa.debian.org died.  A replacement is being
prepared, but it might take a few days.  Hopefully, the Debian System
Administration team will be able to make this service more redundant in the
future.
