A licensing change for syslog-ng

I think you need to look a little deeper into Syslog-NG. It was 100% open source for most of it's life, and the vast majority of it has remained GPL'ed since it started (fully functional Open Source Edition). Now, it has been relicensed to be even more open (the only thing that isn't open sourced are a handful of plug-ins). The development mailing list is open and friendly. The primary author is responsive, helpful, and honest.

Can you elaborate on what exactly are you looking for, that isn't provided here?
