New LSB beta runtime test suite

There is a new beta runtime test suite candidate available
for LSB testing.  lsb-runtime-test (1.3.6) beta binary packages
for IA-32, PPC32, IA64, and PPC64 are now available:

Please submit bug reports using the following form:

Builds for S390 and S390X should be available soon.

Main changes in this build are as follows:

- Many li18nux2k.l1 updates 
- Removal of unnecessary FHS /dev/ tests
- IA64 realloc prototype fixes
- locale installation modifications

There will be a 3 week beta period and if no problems are reported
they will be used for the certification program.
