uml-patch-2.5.70-1

I got around to getting the UML 2.5 tree up to date again, and this update
to 2.5.70 is the result.  I know it's a bit behind the times, but I'm catching
up.

There are no functional changes.  The only change is the update to 2.5.70.

The 2.5.70-1 UML patch is available at
