Edi Weitz has released version 0.1.2 of HTML-TEMPLATE, which is the first
public release. HTML-TEMPLATE is "a portable library for Common Lisp which
can be used to fill templates with arbitrary (string) values at runtime".
It is loosely modeled after, and is compatible with a subset of the syntax
of, the Perl module HTML::Template.
